Balloon Care and Durability
🎈 BALLOON CARE GUIDE
At The Sky Balloons, we’re committed to delivering high-quality balloons that bring joy to your special moments. To ensure your balloons remain in excellent condition for as long as possible, please follow the care instructions below.
🎉 LATEX BALLOONS
-
Float Time:
▪️ Standard latex balloons float for up to 12 hours.
▪️ When treated with Hi-Float, they may last 24 hours or more indoors. -
Important Tips:
▪️ Latex is sensitive to temperature changes.
▪️ Exposure to heat or outdoor conditions can significantly reduce float time.
🌟 PERSONALIZED BUBBLE BALLOONS
-
Float Time:
▪️ Helium-filled bubble balloons can float for up to 2–3 days in indoor conditions. -
Custom Text Care:
▪️ In warmer seasons, helium expansion may cause the vinyl text or stickers to peel off within 12 hours.
▪️ This is a natural reaction to heat and not considered a defect.
▪️ To reduce this, keep bubble balloons in a cool, air-conditioned space and avoid sunlight or outdoor exposure.
✅ Recommendation: For personalized balloons, we highly recommend choosing our 24-inch personalized latex balloons. They provide better float time, a cleaner look, and more reliable results for your message or design.
✨ FOIL BALLOONS
-
Float Time:
▪️ Foil balloons generally float for 3–5 days, or longer in cool indoor settings. -
Reusable:
▪️ Can be deflated and stored for reuse — just keep in a cool, dry place.
📝 IMPORTANT NOTES & POLICY
-
We do not accept refunds or replacements once balloons are delivered in good condition.
-
Minor issues such as text peeling due to temperature or natural helium behavior are not considered defects.
-
However, if balloons are delivered damaged or deflated, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.
✅ GENERAL BALLOON CARE TIPS
-
Avoid Direct Sunlight: Heat can cause balloons to expand, burst, or deflate faster.
-
Keep Indoors: Store balloons in a cool, stable indoor environment.
-
Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep away from rough surfaces and edges.
-
Handle With Care: Especially when transporting or adjusting balloon arrangements.
-
Do Not Overinflate: Our team inflates balloons to the ideal level — adding more can cause them to burst.
