How to Keep Your Balloons Looking Great

We want your balloons to stay beautiful for as long as possible! Here's everything you need to know about caring for your balloon decorations in Dubai's climate.

Latex Balloons

How long will they float?

Our latex balloons are treated with Hi-Float which last up to 24 hours indoor.

What affects them?
Latex balloons are sensitive to temperature. Dubai's heat and outdoor conditions will reduce their float time significantly. For best results, keep them in air-conditioned spaces away from direct sunlight.

Gender Reveal Balloons

How long will they float?

Gender reveal balloons contain blue or pink confetti inside, which means we cannot use Hi-Float treatment. Without Hi-Float, these balloons will float for a shorter time than our standard latex balloons.

💡 Our recommendation: We recommend popping your gender reveal balloon as early as possible on the same day of delivery for the best reveal experience. The sooner you pop it, the better the confetti will cascade for that magical moment!

Important to know:
Because these balloons don't have Hi-Float, they're designed for immediate use rather than extended display. Plan your gender reveal event for the same day your balloon arrives.

Personalized Bubble Balloons

How long will they float?
2-3 days when kept indoors in cool conditions.

Important to know about custom text:
In Dubai's warm climate, the helium inside expands with heat. This can cause vinyl text or stickers to peel off within 12 hours - especially during summer months or if the balloon is exposed to warmth. This is completely normal and happens due to the physics of helium expansion, not a quality issue.

How to prevent peeling:

• Keep balloons in air-conditioned rooms
• Avoid placing near windows or in direct sunlight
• Don't take them outdoors in warm weather

💡 Our recommendation: For personalized messages, we suggest choosing our 24-inch personalized latex balloons instead. They give you better float time, a cleaner look, and more reliable results for your custom text.

Foil Balloons

How long will they float?
3-5 days, sometimes longer in cool indoor settings.

What happens in cold temperatures?
Some foil balloons may appear deflated when exposed to cold air conditioning or cooler weather. Don't worry - they're not actually deflated! The helium gas inside has contracted due to the cold temperature, making the balloon look soft or wrinkled.

How to fix it:

• Simply move the balloon to normal room temperature and it will return to its full shape
• Or gently blow a small amount of air through the valve hole using a straw to help it along

Bonus: Foil balloons can be deflated and reused! Just store them in a cool, dry place and you can reinflate them for your next celebration.

Quick Care Tips for Dubai

1. Keep them cool: Air conditioning is your balloon's best friend in Dubai's climate
2. Avoid sunlight: Direct sun causes balloons to expand and can make them pop or deflate faster
3. Indoor only: Outdoor conditions (heat, wind, sun) dramatically reduce balloon life
4. Watch for sharp edges: Keep away from rough surfaces, ceiling fans, and anything pointy
5. Don't add more air: We inflate your balloons to the perfect level - adding more can cause them to burst
6. Handle gently: Especially when moving arrangements around

Important: Check Your Balloons Upon Delivery

Please inspect your balloons immediately when they arrive.

If you receive damaged or uninflated balloons, contact us right away - we'll either replace them or provide a refund if replacement isn't possible.

Important timing: Once you've accepted the delivery without reporting any issues, we won't be able to offer replacements or refunds. This is why it's crucial to check everything before the delivery person leaves.

What's considered normal vs. damaged:

• Contact us immediately: Balloons arrive popped, deflated, or visibly damaged
• Normal behavior: Text peeling due to heat, natural helium deflation over time, foil balloons appearing soft in cold temperatures
