What does it cost to have balloons at my event?
We treat each event with special care and attention, so it is difficult to give a general pricelist on our website. Certain contributing factors are the distance to job site, time frame to setup the job, and the type of décor selected. Please speak with one of our event planners to discuss designs, themes and pricing.
1. Do you charge a delivery fee and if so what is it?
There is a delivery and installation fee on all balloon decorating jobs. Please speak to an event planner regarding the fees.
2. Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, there is a minimum order for delivery. AED 150
3. Is there a delivery charge?
Yes irrespective of order amount - there is a delivery charge of AED 35
4. If I need to make a large order of balloon decorations, how long in advance do I need to order?
For custom and large orders, please call us on +971-55-985-7690, and our customer support specialist will estimate how long it would take to get your order complete. Generally, it would be advisable to inform us at least 2 days in advance for large orders.
5. Can Theskyballoons.com deliver to a business address, for example hotels, offices, restaurants, etc.?
We can deliver your order anywhere in the UAE. Please make sure to provide your instructions, in our special instructions box, building or facility access information (need to reach you through building interphone, building or facility security phone number) along with your apartment number if applicable.
For business addresses, we will usually leave your order at reception, so make sure that you clearly specify the person's name and if applicable the department that they work for - this will ensure that the gift gets to them as quickly as possible.
For Cash on delivery, please make sure to leave the order amount with the receptionist if you are not picking up the order yourself.
6. If I am not satisfied with the order that I received, can I return it?
We only accept returns if the items are defective at the time we deliver them. Balloon decorations are non-changeable. For non-balloon products, you have one day to contact us from the day the order has been delivered and we will assess your complaints.
7. Returns & Refunds:
- While Balloons are in our care and are being Delivered by us, we are happy to replace any damaged balloons at our cost.
- During or after balloons and other decorations are in the customer’s or venue’s care, we will not be held responsible for any costs or damages caused either directly or indirectly to the balloons and other decorations.
- We are unable to provide a refund or replace Balloons and other products which have been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed after successful delivery.
- We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause delivery to be late. This includes strikes, natural disasters and any other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Defects & Faults:
- Although we take great care in preparing all of our orders and ensuring we only provide high quality products, in the rare case that our balloons and other products are faulty, we will replace the faulty product at the earliest available time.
9. Change of mind on your purchase:
- Although we do provide a refund for faulty products, we do not provide a refund simply because you have changed your mind.
10. Changing an order:
- Orders may be changed 2 days prior to your pickup or Delivery date.
11. Float Time Variations:
- Conditions, such as, Sun, Wind, Rain, High Altitudes and grit all impact a balloon float time. Due to this, we are unable to guarantee our standard suggested float times under the following conditions:
- Outdoors
- Indoors, but exposed to direct sunlight through windows.
- Elevations significantly higher than sea level.
- High humidity environments.
In balloon friendly environments, the following are the standard approximate float times for our various types of balloons:
- Foil Balloons: 3 days
- Latex Balloons (no High-Float): 7-12 Hours
- Latex Balloons (with High-Float): 1-2 Days
While all care is taken to accurately represent the colour of the balloons in this listing, we do advise that balloons can look a little different on different computer screens and due to flash photography etc.
We do not condone any inhaling of helium and/or releasing of any balloons outdoors.
Do not leave small children unaccompanied with latex balloons – Latex balloons, either popped or whole present a choking hazard for small children.
