We deliver premium balloon decorations across Dubai, covering all areas including Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills, Business Bay, and all other emirates within Dubai. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 6 PM.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges vary based on your location within Dubai. The exact delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! Orders placed before 6 PM can be delivered the same day, subject to availability and your location. For guaranteed delivery, we recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

We deliver within time windows rather than exact times to ensure efficient service across Dubai. You can select your preferred delivery window during checkout, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What should I do when I receive my balloons?

Please inspect your balloons carefully upon delivery and confirm with our delivery team that you have received them in good condition. If there are any issues or concerns, please inform our delivery team immediately or contact us right away. Once you confirm receipt and the delivery is complete, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs afterward.

Do balloons come inflated?

Yes! All our balloons are delivered fully inflated with helium and ready to enjoy. You don't need to do anything – just receive and display them.

Is setup included?

Absolutely. Setup is completely free for all our balloon arrangements. Our team will arrange everything beautifully at your chosen location, whether it's your home, office, or event venue.

How long do helium balloons last?

Foil balloons typically last 5-7 days when properly cared for, while latex balloons last 12-24 hours. We use high-quality helium and Hi-Float treatment on latex balloons to maximize float time.

Can balloons be displayed outdoors?

We recommend displaying balloons indoors or in shaded outdoor areas. Direct sunlight, heat, and wind can affect balloon longevity and appearance. Dubai's climate is particularly harsh on outdoor balloon displays.

Can I customize my balloon arrangement?

Do you create custom balloon arches and installations?

What occasions do you cater to?

We create balloon decorations for all celebrations, including birthdays, baby showers, gender reveals, weddings, engagements, corporate events, grand openings, graduations, anniversaries, and more.

How far in advance should I order?

For standard bouquets and arrangements, 24 hours is ideal. For custom installations, arches, or large events, we recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance to ensure availability and proper planning.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout. Payment is processed via Stripe for your security and convenience.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website include 5% UAE VAT. You'll receive a tax invoice with your order showing the VAT breakdown.

Can I get a quote for a custom order?

Care & Safety

Are your balloons safe for children?

Yes, when supervised. Balloons should always be kept away from small children under 3 years old due to choking hazards. Never allow children to put balloons or broken balloon pieces in their mouths.

What if a balloon pops after delivery?

Balloons are delicate by nature and can pop easily when exposed to sharp edges, rough handling by children, hot sun, or extreme temperatures. Due to their sensitive nature, we cannot be held responsible for balloons that pop or deflate after you have confirmed receipt and our delivery team has left. Please handle your balloons with care and keep them away from sharp objects, direct sunlight, and heat sources to ensure they last as long as possible.

How should I dispose of balloons?

Please dispose of balloons responsibly. Deflate balloons completely before discarding them in the trash. Never release balloons into the environment, as they can harm wildlife and the ecosystem.

What are your business hours?

We accept orders 24/7 through our website. Our customer service team is available Sunday to Monday, 7 AM to 9 PM GST. Deliveries are made 7 days a week.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a fee.

Do you offer corporate accounts or bulk discounts?
