At The Sky Balloons, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, beautifully crafted balloons for your special occasions. Due to the nature of our products—customized and inflated for immediate celebrations—our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair for both parties.

Refund and Replacement Policy

Damaged Balloons Upon Delivery

If your balloons are delivered damaged, please inform us immediately upon delivery.

We will offer one of the following solutions:

• Replacement: We will deliver new, fresh balloons at no additional cost.
• Refund: If we are unable to deliver the replacement balloons on time due to the occasion's schedule, we will issue a full refund.

Balloons That Pop During Delivery

While we take extra care in handling your balloons, balloons are sensitive items and can occasionally pop during transit.

If any balloons pop during delivery:

• We will contact you immediately to arrange a replacement.
• If time permits, we will deliver new balloons as soon as possible.
• If a replacement is not possible due to time constraints, we will issue a refund for the damaged items.

No Refunds or Exchanges After Delivery

Once the balloons have been delivered in perfect condition and accepted by the customer:

• No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be offered.
• Balloons are perishable and their condition may change quickly due to factors beyond our control (such as weather or handling after delivery).

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

More than 48 hours before delivery: Full refund or store credit available.

24-48 hours before delivery: 50% refund or full store credit for future orders.

Less than 24 hours before delivery: No refund available. Store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Same-day cancellations: No refund or store credit available as balloons have already been prepared and inflated.

Rescheduling Policy

More than 48 hours before delivery: Free rescheduling to any available date.

24-48 hours before delivery: Rescheduling fee of AED 50 may apply.

Less than 24 hours before delivery: Rescheduling subject to availability with a fee of AED 100.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Orders with custom printing, personalized messages, or special customizations cannot be cancelled once production has begun (typically 24 hours after order confirmation). These orders are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to the fees above.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

If extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances prevent safe delivery, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional charge. Your safety and the quality of our products are our top priorities.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. A small deduction may be applied to cover non-refundable payment processing fees. Store credits are issued immediately and valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
