Key Information

• For the Same Day Delivery cut of time is 6pm.

• Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and accessible during the selected time slot.

Full delivery information is required to ensure smooth and successful delivery.

This includes:

Room number or apartment number (if applicable)

For hotel deliveries: Please include the room number, reservation name, and if possible, the booking number.

For hospital deliveries: Please provide the patient’s full name and room number.

Orders with incomplete delivery information may be canceled to avoid failed or undeliverable deliveries.
