How long will they float?

What affects them?
Latex balloons are sensitive to temperature. Dubai's heat and outdoor conditions will reduce their float time significantly. For best results, keep them in air-conditioned spaces away from direct sunlight.

Personalized Bubble Balloons

How long will they float?
2-3 days when kept indoors in cool conditions.

Important to know about custom text:
In Dubai's warm climate, the helium inside expands with heat. This can cause vinyl text or stickers to peel off within 12 hours - especially during summer months or if the balloon is exposed to warmth. This is completely normal and happens due to the physics of helium expansion, not a quality issue.

How to prevent peeling:

• Keep balloons in air-conditioned rooms
• Avoid placing near windows or in direct sunlight
• Don't take them outdoors in warm weather

Foil Balloons

How long will they float?
3-5 days, sometimes longer in cool indoor settings.

What happens in cold temperatures?
Some foil balloons may appear deflated when exposed to cold air conditioning or cooler weather. Don't worry - they're not actually deflated! The helium gas inside has contracted due to the cold temperature, making the balloon look soft or wrinkled.

How to fix it:

• Simply move the balloon to normal room temperature and it will return to its full shape
• Or gently blow a small amount of air through the valve hole using a straw to help it along

Bonus: Foil balloons can be deflated and reused! Just store them in a cool, dry place and you can reinflate them for your next celebration.

Important: Check Your Balloons Upon Delivery

Please inspect your balloons immediately when they arrive.

If you receive damaged or uninflated balloons, contact us right away - we'll either replace them or provide a refund if replacement isn't possible.

Important timing: Once you've accepted the delivery without reporting any issues, we won't be able to offer replacements or refunds. This is why it's crucial to check everything before the delivery person leaves.

What's considered normal vs. damaged:

• Contact us immediately: Balloons arrive popped, deflated, or visibly damaged
• Normal behavior: Text peeling due to heat, natural helium deflation over time, foil balloons appearing soft in cold temperatures
